Planning permission granted – Detached bungalow in Dover, Kent

JAT-Surv have recently gained full planning consent for a detached bungalow set within the ground of an existing dwelling. This bungalow has been designed with wheelchair access and Part M requirements at the forefront of the design principles.

Following positive feedback from our Pre-Application submission, we were able to work with the Client and Dover Council to create a dwelling which was suitable to both parties as well as the owners of the neighbouring properties.
