Commencement on site – Works have started on our large 6 bedroom detached house in Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent

Demolition and foundations have commenced to one of our larger residential developments in Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent.

JAT-Surv were employed by the current owner of this property to revise and improve an existing planning permission. The original scheme had come on far over budget and was not feasible in terms of cost or physical works.

As well as redesigning scheme to the satisfaction of the Client, we also made a large number of alterations and changes which meant the project could physically be constructed, and come in on budget. Once the revised planning drawings were completed, JAT-Surv progressed the drawings through to building regulation stage and construction issue. We also managed and progressed the structural engineering package with our consultant Engineer.

The contract was awarded to RJ Rogers Ltd, a Main Contractor local to the project, and a company that we work with on approximately 10-20 projects a year.
