Instructed – 6 New build houses in Wilmington, Kent

JAT-Surv are very pleased to have reconnected with a previous Client, Belldray Homes, and have been instructed to provide architectural design and building surveying services for their new site at the former Foresters Pub, Wilmington, Kent.

Planning has been achieved and granted by the previous Architect, and JAT-Surv are currently progressing the drawing packages to building control and construction issue.

Works on the 6 new build dwellings shall start in the new year and we are very much looking forward to working alongside Belldray Homes in delivering this great new development in North Kent.
