Planning Granted for 9 Residential Flats in Former Nightclub

JAT-Surv have been involved with this project in Newton Road, Tunbridge Wells from initial concept alongside Mason Carey Ltd. Undertaking a full and comprehensive measured survey and production of scheme layouts for later submission to planning.

Formally a nightclub in the center of the town, the measured survey and investigation works were something out of the ordinary and presented many challenges as well as interesting discoveries and some questionable interior decoration!

Formal planning permission for partial change of use has now been granted including a gym and café at ground and basement level with 9 residential flats above. We are now working on the Building Regulation specification and fire safety design ready for tender.
