Defect Diagnosis
Whether you have bought a new build property or a Grade I listed barn, the vast majority of buildings have defects. Often caused by lack of maintenance, poor design, age or simply bad luck, it is often hard to identify the true cause of a defect, making the remediation difficult to specify.
At JAT-Surv we can investigate defects of all types, latent or otherwise. After diagnosis we are then able to suggest and specify remedial and corrective action, this typically includes technical drawings and specifications.
Armed with this information and detail, we are then able to tender the works to contractors and appoint the right professional company for the corrective works.
