Party Wall Agreements
The Party Wall Act prevents building work undertaken by one neighbour undermining the structural integrity of shared walls or neighbouring properties. It is also designed to avert and resolve potential disputes with neighbours.
JAT-Surv are on hand to help administer the Act on your behalf, acting as your Party Wall Surveyor or the Agreed Surveyor. Beyond initial advice and submitting notices, we will see the process through to publishing the award and safe-guarding the associated property and grounds.
